Judo Club Luxembourg ("the club") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account or register an athlete: names, dates of birth, contact details, emergency contacts, and payment records. We use this data solely to manage your membership, organise training and competitions, and communicate with you.

How we use it

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the national judo federation for licensing and insurance where required, and with our payment provider (Stripe) to process payments. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your personal data at any time from your member area, or by contacting the club. You may also request that we stop processing your data.
